Are you the person others rely on for questions about licensing, paperwork, or inspections? \nAt The Learning Experience®, we are looking for an Assistant Director – Compliance & Administration to support our Center Director and leadership team by keeping the school organized, inspection-ready, and compliant. \nThis role is supportive, not disciplinary. You will help create systems, reduce stress for leadership, and ensure the school meets state, TLE, and CACFP requirements. \nHappy Happens Here — and strong compliance helps make that possible. \nWhat You'll Do \nLicensing & State Compliance \n\n • Support compliance with state child care licensing regulations\n, • Organize and maintain licensing documentation and records\n, • Assist with licensing inspections, renewals, and follow-ups\n, • Track deadlines and required compliance paperwork\nTLE Standards Support \n\n • Support The Learning Experience® operational and safety standards\n, • Help leadership maintain required policies and procedures\n, • Identify compliance gaps and assist with corrective action plans\nCACFP Program Support \n\n • Maintain CACFP documentation, including meal counts and forms\n, • Support accurate and timely CACFP claims\n, • Assist with CACFP audits and monitoring visits\n, • Train staff on proper CACFP documentation procedures\nTraining & Team Support \n\n • Provide guidance and support to leadership and staff\n, • Serve as a resource for compliance-related questions\n, • Help create simple systems that keep the school on track\nWhat We're Looking For \nRequired: \n\n • 2+ years of experience in early childhood education, administration, or compliance\n, • Knowledge of child care licensing regulations and documentation\n, • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail\n, • Clear written and verbal communication skills\n, • Comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel, and email\nPreferred: \n\n • Experience as a Director, Assistant Director, or administrative lead\n, • Experience working with CACFP\n, • Experience preparing for licensing inspections\n, • Enjoys structure, checklists, and process improvement\nPay & Benefits \n\n • Salary range: $42,000 – $46,000\n, • $1,000 hiring bonus (paid after 90 days)\n, • 401(k) retirement plan\n, • Health insurance options\n, • Paid Time Off (PTO)\n, • Paid training and onboarding\nTLE Cares Benefits Program \nWe offer access to our TLE Cares benefits package, designed to support your financial and personal well-being, including: \n\n • Short-Term Disability and Long-Term Disability coverage\n, • Employer-paid life insurance\n, • Optional dental and vision plans\n, • Access to telemedicine and wellness resources\n, • Additional voluntary benefits to help protect you and your family\n, • Supportive leadership and positive work environment\nWhy The Learning Experience® \nThe Learning Experience® is a purpose-driven organization committed to high-quality early childhood education.
