About The Role: We are currently seeking a dedicated, organized, and resourceful professional to join our team as an Executive Assistant who will support our Chief Operating Officer. As an active member of the team, the Executive Assistant will be responsible for internal operations and play a key role in enabling our technical staff to focus on revenue-generating tasks. This dynamic role offers a diverse range of duties centered around building a strong and efficient support structure within our organization. This is an onsite opportunity located in Houston, TX. Responsibilities: • Proactively assess and improve administrative processes to enhance support for engineering and laboratory teams., • Provide front desk coverage across buildings during business hours, as needed., • Coordinate facility needs in collaboration with administrative and maintenance staff., • Oversee office essentials including supplies, janitorial services, coffee service, minor repairs, and building security., • Serve as a liaison with internal departments such as Accounting, IT, Safety, Legal, and Training to support project teams and leadership., • High school diploma required; additional education or certifications a plus., • Minimum of 5 years of experience in an administrative, document control, or accounting role., • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and exceptional overall computer skills., • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor., • Highly organized with a strong work ethic and the ability to multitask and meet deadlines effectively., • Adaptable and collaborative, able to work well with diverse teams and work styles., • Self-motivated with the ability to identify and implement improvements independently., • Detail-oriented, consistently striving for accuracy and excellence in all tasks., • Demonstrates discretion and maintains confidentiality regarding company, personnel, and client-related matters.
