Job Summary: CNPC USA is seeking an experienced CRM Manager to lead customer relationship management and market coordination efforts for the China market. This position is a key commercial and business coordination role responsible for maintaining customer relationships, supporting market development, coordinating customer needs internally, and strengthening CNPC USA’s engagement with China-based stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in customer relationship management, key account support, or business development, with a strong understanding of cross-border coordination, customer communication, and commercial follow-through. This role will directly support market expansion, customer satisfaction, and business growth related to CNPC USA’s China market activities. Key Responsibilities: • Lead customer relationship management activities for CNPC USA business related to the China market., • Serve as a primary point of contact for customer communication, follow-up, issue tracking, and relationship development., • Coordinate with internal teams, including sales, engineering, R&D, operations, and management, to ensuretimelysupport of customer needs., • Support business development efforts byidentifyingcustomer needs, market opportunities, and areas for stronger engagement., • Organize and support customer meetings, presentations, visits, technical exchanges, and business reviews., • Facilitate communication and coordination between CNPC USA and China-based customers, partners, and affiliated business units., • Track customer feedback, account status, open issues, and action items to ensure proper follow-up and closure., • Maintain CRM records, customer contact databases, meeting notes, opportunity pipelines, and business activity updates., • Support preparation of proposals, reports, presentation materials, and market summaries for management review., • Assist with quotation, contract coordination, order follow-up, and customer service support as needed., • Monitor market dynamics, customer trends, and competitor activity relevant to CNPC USA’s China market business., • Support branding, customer trust-building, and long-term account development in alignment with CNPCUSAbusinessobjectives., • Provide coordination support for visits, audits, reviews, and strategic customer engagements., • Contribute to continuous improvement of customer management processes, reporting practices, and market responsiveness., • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Petroleum-related discipline, or a closely related field., • Demonstrated experience in customer relationship management, account management, sales support, or business development., • Strong background in:, • Customer communication and relationship management, • Cross-functional coordination and follow-up, • Business reporting and presentation preparation, • Opportunity tracking and customer issue resolution, • Experience working with Chinese customers or supporting China-related business activities., • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities., • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Chinese and English., • Experience in oil and gas, energy technology, industrial equipment, or technical service environments., • Familiarity with CNPC-related business processes, customer expectations, and reporting practices., • Experience supporting technical sales, project coordination, or key account management in an engineering-driven organization., • Knowledge of Chinese business culture and international coordination practices. This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines. Travel: This position requires some overnight international and domestic travel. Local travel between other CNPC USA locations and testing facilities is required. Supervisory Responsibility: This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities, however, does act as a mentor and point of contact for less experienced engineers.
