Key Responsibilities • Assist the Operations team with Administrative duties, • Maintain all office systems, • Create or assist with reservations for private bookings, events, and restaurants, getting approval if needed, • Providing a warm welcome to all our guests; Make guests feel comfortable while waiting, • Communicating pertinent information about incoming guests to FOH and BOH management and FOH service team, • Provide concierge service for club members and help create hospitality legends, • Order all Office Supplies, • Available to manage telephone inquiries, • First point of contact for all office related inquiries from staff members, • Positive attitude, a sense of responsibility and ownership of the position, • Restaurant experience preferred, • Ability to work autonomously and intently follow instructions, • Desire to learn and grow within the position and restaurant, • Organization, a keen eye for detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, • Proficiency of Microsoft Suite, • Team-oriented with a strong sense of punctuality and reliability., • Demonstrate a sense of urgency and strong work ethic in order to keep up with multiple projects, • Must display the image and philosophy set forth by the owner and the restaurant management team, • Fluent in both written and spoken English, • Professional correspondence via email and phone calls, both internally and with guests, • Protect privacy of guests, members, and team members at all times
