This is an exciting chance to join a fast-paced, high-performing legal team as a Legal Service Coordinator. You will work closely with attorneys and legal staff, ensuring seamless operations throughout all stages of litigation. This position is perfect for someone who values accuracy, efficiency, and the ability to make a meaningful impact in an on-site professional setting. Key Responsibilities • Maintaining and monitoring litigation calendars, deadlines, and key case dates., • Prioritizing and executing daily tasks with speed and accuracy., • Preparing, formatting, and organizing legal documents such as pleadings, briefs, correspondence, and discovery materials., • Creating shell documents for motions, orders, trial-related filings, and other proceedings., • Filing documents with state and federal courts, including electronic filing systems., • Performing high-volume proofreading with exceptional attention to detail., • Organizing, updating, and maintaining both physical and digital case files., • Assisting with time entry, billing processes, conflict checks, and transcription of dictation., • Reviewing vendor invoices and processing necessary payments., • Providing critical support to attorneys and paralegals during hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trial preparation.Requirements, • A minimum of 3 years of litigation or legal administrative experience., • Strong proficiency in MS Word (priority), Outlook, and Excel., • Ability to type 65+ words per minute with accuracy.Benefits: Depending on the specific client, location, and role, the benefits may include PTO, medical, dental, vision, term life and AD&D insurance, short-term disability and long-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits, wellness plans, and a 401k plan or a non-qualified deferred compensation plan.
