Job Description Key Responsibilities: • Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on injection molding machines (e.g., Engel, Arburg, Nissei, Husky) and associated auxiliary equipment (dryers, chillers, conveyors, robots)., • Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues and implement timely corrective actions., • Conduct mold change support, including water line and hydraulics setup and teardown., • Use CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to log maintenance tasks, downtime, and parts usage., • Assist with the installation and commissioning of new equipment., • Read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and equipment manuals., • Ensure compliance with safety procedures and OSHA regulations., • Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work environment., • High school diploma or GED required; technical or trade school certification preferred., • 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a plastic injection molding environment., • Strong working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems., • Ability to diagnose and repair equipment quickly and effectively under pressure., • Familiarity with PLC systems, temperature controllers, and automation equipment is a plus., • Ability to use hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and diagnostic instruments., • Must be able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment., • Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in physically demanding conditions, including standing, bending, climbing, and working in tight spaces.Company DescriptionBranex Group is a Minority-owned Technical Staffing firm headquartered in Auburn Hills, MI.
