PUFF Cannabis Company is looking for an In-House Graphic Designer & Content Creator. This role is the visual engine of our brand, responsible for producing high-volume, high-quality assets for our 12 Michigan retail locations. The ideal candidate is a master of the Adobe Creative Suite who can pivot between static design and video production. Because our industry is highly regulated, we require a designer with specific Michigan cannabis experience who understands the rules and regulations around Cannabis marketing. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an In-House Graphic Designer, based in Troy, MI. • High-Volume Design: Execute multiple design projects daily for all 12 locations while maintaining strict brand guidelines. Create engaging assets for our website, social media, in-store graphics, TV screens, billboards, and more., • Brand Consistency & Compliance: Maintain a cohesive brand identity across all mediums while adhering to strict cannabis industry compliance and regulations. Qualifications • Graphic Design: Layout, image editing, visual composition. Experience with large-media bleeds, margins, and resolution. For candidates with more experience, this role can evolve quickly into a Project Architect (PA) position with responsibility for coordinating projects, working directly with clients, and leading portions of the project process. The Electrical Designer operates independently on complex electrical tasks, delegates work to others, and acts as a key resource for electrical system integration and design strategy across the team. Job Description JOB SUMMARY: The Project Manager is responsible for the on-time and cost-optimizing delivery of all millwork projects assigned to them by their manager. In concert with these obligations, the Project Manager is expected to ensure a world-class experience for customers throughout a project’s lifecycle. The Project Manager will obtain critical project data from customers and field reps alike and accurately disseminate this data to internal stakeholders who will help to facilitate the project’s completion. This position will monitor and manage every phase of a millwork project through effective communication and coordination with other functional areas of the Company (production, field reps, design, install, etc.), in addition to communication with customers. Furthermore, this role is tasked with assisting in the determination of project resource requirements and the creation of project schedules and budgets and then monitoring those schedules and budgets to ensure they are met. The Project Manager will consistently review customer orders to ensure accurate and on time product delivery, while, at the same time, monitoring costs to ensure estimates are met or beaten.
