Job Description Ameresco has a new opportunity with our federal team for an on-site Superintendent to support the execution of the construction and implementation of a $35M facility upgrade energy savings performance contract (ESPC) at the VA hospital in Salt Lake City, Utah. Responsibilities: • Provide onsite leadership for direct subcontractor workforce, control and direction of all field and construction management activities., • Support the Project Manager with planning and organizing project work, including management of the critical path and all critical path activities, to assure all work is executed in accordance with the contract documents.
