We look forward to hearing from you! ~ Bryan Dotson~ Video - Why Licensed Plumbers and Character Are So Important Position Overview The Install Manager oversees all plumbing installation operations, ensuring each job is completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards. This is a leadership role requiring both field and office coordination, with a focus on team development, quality control, ability to problem solve, and provide customer satisfaction. Youll be responsible for leading the install department, coaching installers, maintaining performance metrics, and ensuring daily success across multiple installation teams. Key Responsibilities • Lead and oversee all plumbing installation teams on a daily basis., • Conduct morning game-plan meetings to review schedules and expectations., • Collaborate with the Install Coordinator to ensure readiness for upcoming jobs., • Review each sold job for complexity, materials, and install planning., • Perform field visits for quality control and customer satisfaction., • Conduct team debriefs post-installation to ensure standards are met., • Track KPIs such as efficiency, callbacks, and customer reviews., • Manage hiring, onboarding, and training within the install department., • Enforce company safety and quality SOPs., • Participate in weekly manager meetings to report department progress. Skills & Talents of the Ideal Candidate Were looking for a natural leader with both technical plumbing expertise and strong organizational ability. The right person will have: • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to coach, motivate, and manage teams effectively., • Technical Knowledge: Strong plumbing experience and familiarity with residential installation processes., • Organizational Strength: Ability to coordinate multiple teams, track performance, and uphold high standards., • Communication Skills: Clear communicator with both team members and homeowners., • Problem-Solving Ability: Quick on their feet and able to troubleshoot technical and logistical challenges., • Integrity and Accountability: A genuine commitment to quality, safety, and fairness in the workplace., • Growth Mindset: Excited by process improvement, training, and helping others succeed. Requirements • Minimum 5 years of professional plumbing experience (residential preferred), • Minimum 2 years of management or leadership experience required, • Valid Tennessee drivers license and clean driving record, • Strong understanding of plumbing codes, materials, and installation practices, • Ability to read and interpret job scopes, plans, and blueprints, • Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills, • Must be dependable, proactive, and professional in all interactions, • Must be Drug Free Compensation & Benefits • Base Salary: $70,000 annually, • Expected Total Compensation: $90,000+ annually (including bonuses and incentives), • Monthly Performance Bonuses: Based on number of teams overseen and average installer performance grades., • Paid Time Off: 10 days per year, • Holiday Pay: 6 paid holidays per year, • Medical Insurance: Employer-partially-paid health plans, • 401(k): Partial employer match on employee contributions, • Additional Bonuses: Quality and performance incentives available Schedule • MondayFriday, full-time, • Responsible for covering the on-call phone every other weekend (no field workphone support only), • Occasional availability for high-priority customer or team needs Join The Plumbing Authority If youre ready to step into a leadership role where you can make a real impact on people, processes, and quality, wed love to hear from you.
