The Property Manager (PM) is responsible for providing direct management oversight for the assigned Industrial properties. This role is responsible for managing the preparation and filing of all external financial reports in compliance with U.S. GAAP and SEC regulations (including Forms 10-K, 10-Q, and 8-K), and leading the Company's revenue accounting and recognition process. The Financial Reporting Manager will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, timeliness, and integrity of the Company's financial disclosures as a large accelerated filer. In addition to overseeing SEC reporting, this individual will review customer contracts, write revenue memos, and drive process improvements across revenue accounting and operations. This position reports to the Director, Financial Reporting and works closely with Accounting, FP&A, Legal, Investor Relations, and external auditors, providing key technical accounting expertise and supporting the continuous improvement of reporting processes, internal controls, and financial systems.
