Come join us on this exciting journey! Stoneridge Software is looking for an Account Manager who is highly motivated, Client-centric, and tenacious when building relationships with clients. The Account Manager must look to create and maintain long-lasting, trusting relationships with our clients. We need someone who will oversee a portfolio of existing clients as well as seek new sales opportunities. You will be in charge of expansion sales and relationships with clients and will be asked to maintain the company’s existing relationships with a client or group of clients. Clients keep our business thriving, which makes this role essential to Stoneridge’s culture. As an Account Manager, you’ll serve as a key point of contact for your clients, ensuring their needs are met, their goals are met, and their experience with Stoneridge is consistently positive. A Day in the Life • Client Engagement & Nurturing, • Manage a book of pooled and nurtured accounts with light-touch relationship models., • Execute targeted outreach campaigns to increase client engagement using automated tools (e.g., email cadences, digital content, webinars)., • Monitor client activity and proactively reach out to re-engage inactive or at-risk accounts, as well as those that display fit or interest in service offerings., • Growth & Opportunity Identification, • Surface cross-sell and upsell opportunities through data insights, usage patterns, and client feedback., • Support outbound initiatives to promote relevant services or solutions based on client segment and profile., • Maintain clear documentation of outreach and engagement efforts in CRM and account tracking systems., • Prioritize learning about key solutions (Microsoft and Stoneridge offerings) and industry trends to better support client conversations., • Client Data & Reporting, • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, interactions, and opportunity data in CRM., • Use data to segment accounts, personalize messaging, and track performance against engagement and conversion goals., • Generate reports on account health, engagement metrics, and growth opportunities., • Collaboration, • Partner with marketing to deploy effective nurture campaigns and client education efforts., • Work closely with Client Partners to identify accounts ready for elevated strategic engagement.
