Job Description Executive Director Hospice- Registered Nurse Location: Orange, CA Position: Executive Director, Hospice Job ID: 74030 Position Type: Full-Time Remote/Virtual Position: No Coverage Area: Orange, CA Market Salary: $160,000 to $185,000 + Bonus Previous Hospice Leadership experience strongly preferred. Be the Best Hospice Executive Director You Can Be If you meet these qualifications, we want to meet you! • Bachelors Degree and/or leadership experience, in a healthcare setting preferred, • Current licensed RN- CA, • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, • Working knowledge of computer programs, especially Microsoft Office Suite products and EMR systems, • Meet the regulations and requirements of the state in which the program provides services. Responsibilities: • Ensure hospice follows all applicable Federal, State and Local laws, including;, • Maintaining accreditation, when applicable, • Maintaining a state of survey readiness, • Manage overall financial performance of the program site which includes oversight of all controllable costs, • Participate in annual development of the program site’s budget, • Is responsible for the day-to-day hospice operations, • Ensures care provided optimizes the patient and family’s comfort and dignity Our Investment in You Caring for others starts with caring for you.
