AnthroMed is seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to provide onsite therapy to students in grades 4 through 8 in Chicago, Illinois. This FMLA role begins November 2025 and runs through January 2026 supporting approximately 45-50 students. This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with students across a variety of ages and abilities and contribute to their multimodal communication development. This role also provides the opportunity to work alongside a multidisciplinary team. Responsibilities • Provide full-time speech and language therapy services to 4th-8th graders, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:00 PM., • Conduct evaluations, develop individualized educational plans (IEPs), and implement evidence-based interventions to address early speech and language developmental needs., • Collaborate with classroom teachers, parents, and other related service providers to support young students’ multimodal communication skills across both classroom and individual settings., • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions, progress reports, and communication with stakeholders., • Utilize IEP system for management and compliance., • Participate in team meetings, professional development, and ongoing training opportunities., • Enjoy a dedicated office space for therapy sessions and planning. Qualifications, • Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology (or in the process of completing)., • Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Illinois (IDFPR and PEL)., • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA, or eligibility to obtain CCC-SLP.
