The Role Our HR Manager isn’t just a paperwork wizard (though yes, we appreciate tidy systems). What You’ll Do Talent Acquisition & Staffing • Hunt for top-tier talent — from production gurus and technicians to admin superheroes., • Craft job posts that shine and attract the right humans., • Build a deep bench of reliable, skilled freelance/event staff. Onboarding & Growth • Create memorable, engaging onboarding experiences that make new hires feel instantly at home., • Maintain clear, upbeat employee resources, handbooks, and training guides., • Design and coordinate ongoing professional development opportunities to keep our team leveling up. Train & Elevate the Management Team • Develop and deliver managerial soft-skill training including:, • Mentor managers as they grow into confident, people-focused leaders. Proactive + Reactive Conflict Resolution • Keep your finger on the pulse of team dynamics, heading off issues before they grow., • Act as a neutral, trusted mediator when interpersonal or operational conflicts arise., • Facilitate clear communication, guided conversations, and solutions everyone can rally behind., • Build processes and guidelines that support healthy, respectful collaboration. Culture, Engagement & Employee Experience • Champion a positive, inclusive culture that celebrates creativity and teamwork., • Build and execute morale-boosting initiatives, recognition programs, and team-building moments. HR Operations & Compliance (Yes, the “real” HR stuff) • Keep us in compliance with all state and federal labor laws., • Maintain organized and accurate HR systems, records, and documentation., • Oversee benefits, payroll coordination, policy updates, and performance review cycles., • Partner with leadership on organizational planning, staffing strategies, and process improvements.
