We know our patients on a personal level and go out of our way to ensure their health and well being is our #1 priority on a consistent basis. Where at the core of what we do is provide great customer service to our patients in every interaction. The pharmacists demonstrate great leadership skills and lead by example so the entire staff follows suit., • As a Pharmacist, you will be receiving incoming prescriptions, reviewing them for accuracy, and filling them with the correct medicine and dose. You will also be talking with customers to help them understand their medications and possible side effects, advising them on medication storage, and maintaining a safe, clean work environment., • The ideal Pharmacist candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, has excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and is familiar with pharmaceutical best practices in both retail and long term care settings. Responsibilities • Must be comfortable delegating task and address any workflow situations in order to get the tasks at hand completed in a accurate and efficient manner., • Demonstrating great leadership skills is required where the pharmacist has no trouble stepping into a leadership role., • Read and review incoming prescriptions for accuracy, suitability to patient, and potential interactions, • Provide information to patients on side effects, dosage, specific storage needs, and interactions with other medications, • Maintain excellent patient records and pharmacy files, • Conduct regular inventory and maintain proper standards for accepting new inventory and categorizing it appropriately, • Maintain a clean, safe work environmentQualifications, • Must hold a current state pharmacist license, • Strong customer service skills, • Great leadership skills, • Excellent attention to detail, • The ability to multitask and shift priorities, as needed
