DUTIES & ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS • Greet, welcome and assist clients/residents, vendors and guests, to provide welcoming and professional image of organization., • Monitor, dispense and re-order client medications to ensure receipt of correct dosage, timely receipt and availability., • Conduct room-to-room apartment checks, along with facility checks as required or scheduled, and complete appropriate documentation to ensure safety and security of residents, staff and facility., • Document information, observations, concerns, issues and events in appropriate venue to provide accurate information to staff and management., • Perform light maintenance and housekeeping duties assigned to provide clean and safe environment., • Perform breathalyzer and unobserved urine drug screens on clients as required and maintain appropriate documentation to ensure drug- and alcohol-free living environment., • Monitor and track clients exits and entries into facility to always ensure knowledge of client location and activities and that all areas are monitored appropriately., • Monitor medication to residents according to established protocol to ensure exact dosage., • Transport clients to appointments/meetings to attend community recovery groups., • Answer phones, greet public, and route inquiries to appropriate personnel while providing positive public relations and accurate responses to questions., • Understand and abide by all confidentiality laws to protect clients and client information., • Provide and maintain reliable and prompt attendance, with the ability to work the schedule dictated by business necessity to include afternoon and overnight shifts, call-ins, weekends and holidays., • Conduct fire drills as instructed across all shifts to ensure a smooth and efficient procedure, and also ensure timely and safe evacuation of all residents, as well as fill out drill forms and submit them to the Safety Officer or HR., • Search client property at admission and throughout their stay in services, • Review facility cameras for safety, • Clean and disinfect client rooms as they discharge PERIODIC FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Refer maintenance and repair issues to maintenance department., • Cover the front office assistants phone as needed., • Assist in client orientation., • Perform other duties as assigned. The Quality Assurance Technician ensures products meet specifications as they are processed and packaged to ensure our customers receive only the highest quality products. You must have excellent attention to detail, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and have a continuous improvement mindset. Responsibilities\n • Maintain a thorough understanding of all quality requirements for producing raw food ingredients and bird food products, • Ensure Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) are followed at all times, • Perform routine testing (moisture, purity, sizing, etc.) and non-routine testing as necessary on in-process and finished products in a timely manner, • Follow Good Laboratory Practices (GLPs) when performing and recording in-house testing, • Record test results electronically and prepare Certificates of Analysis (COAs) for shipments as needed, • Perform routine and non-routine inspections in processing and packaging areas, • Be a Safety Champion and support food safety, physical safety and customer safety initiatives, • Identify, segregate and place products on hold when the product or process is out of specification., • Assist in performing investigations into customer complaints and deviations to determine root cause, • Conduct employee training on food safety and quality as needed, • Participate in training opportunities to further food safety and quality knowledge, • Maintain clean and safe work area at all times, • Perform other duties as assigned, • Ability to work overtime if neededMinimum Qualifications (required)\n, • 2+ years of experience in IT Quality Management and/or Quality Management and/or Quality Assurance, • High School diploma or GED Additional Qualifications\n, • Pre-employment screening is based on the job requirements and industry guidelines and may or may not be required for the position.
