You'll report directly to the Portable Plant Foreman and play a key role in achieving production targets. We are looking for individuals with a strong commitment to safety, a good work ethic, and a desire to be part of a high-performing team. This is a hands-on position that requires adaptability and a strong team-player mindset. Candidates must be willing to assist the team with a variety of tasks beyond operating heavy equipment. If you are unwilling to pick up a shovel, help unclog the crusher, assist with screen changes, or take on other non-operator roles as needed, this position is not for you. A willingness to get out of the cab and support the crew is essential to our success. Core Duties • Equipment Operation: Safely and efficiently operate a front-end loader to move and manage materials.
