Job DescriptionSalary: $50,000 Job Title: Quality Assurance Supervisor Department: Production/Operations Reports to: Operations Manager FLSA Status: Full-Time, Exempt Approval: Chief Operations Officer Date: August 27, 2025 Purpose Of This Position: Perfect My Home (PMH) is seeking an experienced and motivated Quality Assurance Supervisor. This role is responsible for ensuring that every project meets client quality expectations and delivers a high level of satisfaction. The position focuses on embedding quality into projects from the very beginningcovering timelines, processes, communication, and overall deliverables. The supervisor will oversee oversight and communication involved in each project, ensuring work is clear, consistent, and aligned with client needs. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Include, but are not limited to the following: • Establish and enforce quality standards for all project deliverables to ensure alignment with client expectations., • Conduct inspections, audits, spot checks at sites as well as participate in reviews with PMs at key project stages to verify compliance with quality requirements., • Document and track quality metrics, identifying trends and areas for improvement., • Collaborate with project managers, sales, and operations teams to integrate client requirements into project timelines and workflows from the start., • Ensure all supporting staff understand project expectations, deliverables, and deadlines., • Monitor progress throughout the project lifecycle to proactively address potential quality issues., • Serve as a point of contact for quality-related client concerns, ensuring timely communication and resolution., • Provide guidance, coaching, and feedback to staff on quality standards and procedures., • Develop and deliver training sessions to build quality awareness and accountability among employees., • Promote a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement within the project teams., • Identify gaps or inefficiencies in current processes and recommend solutions., • Develop and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality checklists., • Lead root cause analysis for recurring issues and implement corrective/preventive actions., • Oversee and coordinate warranty work, ensuring all corrective actions are completed promptly and meet company standards., • Prepare and deliver regular quality reports to leadership, highlighting progress, challenges, and recommendations., • Ensure clear and consistent communication across departments to maintain alignment on project goals and standards., • Uphold and model PMHs Core Values: Commitment to Follow-Up, Speed, Integrity, Strong Work Ethic, Positivity, and Teamwork., • Perform other related duties as assigned to support department and company objectives. Qualifications: A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, along with a minimum of five years of experience in construction, auditing and supervision of job sites. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in the latest technologies and products within the construction industry. This role demands exceptional customer service skills to effectively serve as a liaison with leadership and to engage professionally with clients. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for building client relationships. Bilingual abilities are a plus. The candidate must be able to work independently as well as collaboratively to meet project deadlines. Knowledge, Abilities and Skills: In the performance of their respective tasks and duties, the Quality Assurance Supervisor is expected to meet the following requirements: • Knowledge of current trends and best practices in construction and project management., • Work independently performing quality work within deadlines while understanding the necessity for communicating and coordinating work efforts with other team members, service providers, end-users, and clients., • Must have excellent written and verbal communications abilities with attention to detail., • Establish and maintain effective professional working relationships with team members, management, clients, and the general public., • Demonstrated interpersonal and communication (including telephone and technology) skills., • Effective communication, presentation and interviewing skills are required., • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral,mathematical or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations., • Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals., • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from individuals or groups, clients, customers, and the general public., • Ability to multi-task and identify potential conflicts or needs and provide timely resolutions., • Must be detail oriented, respect deadlines and provide timely feedback or responses., • Maintain strict confidentiality as directed, be honest, trustworthy, dependable, demonstrate good work ethic and flexibility. Special requirements: Valid Oklahoma Class D Operators License required. The ability to drive a company vehicle is required which includes the ability to pass the motor vehicle background check. Safety: The employee shall be knowledgeable about and follow PMHs safety policies and procedures. The Quality Assurance Supervisor should possess or be open to ongoing training in job and service shop site safety practices. Employees should immediately report (i.e., during current shift) any accidents, unusual occurrences, or any other safety-related issues to the immediate supervisor. Work Environment: This position primarily takes place in a construction environment, exposing the employee to varying temperatures, including heat and cold. The employee is expected to maintain regular attendance at work and is consistently on time. Normal office hours are 7:30am - 4:30pm. Work hours are Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays as required. This includes any approved adjustments to work hours arranged for necessary outreach events. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to walk, sit, use hand to finger, handle or reach with hands and arms, to talk or hear. The employee may occasionally lift and or move up to 50 pounds. Employees should use proper lifting techniques and, if necessary, seek assistance or use equipment to minimize the risk of injury. Additionally, employees should be physically capable of performing these tasks safely.
