Our SmartGuide® technology collects, consolidates, and arranges live linear channels, streaming programs, and movies—whether free, pay-per-view, or subscription-based—into a single interface. Position Summary We are seeking a part-time Human Resources Generalist with a strong background in recruiting. This is a perfect role for someone eager to learn all aspects of Human Resources while they tackle a pipeline of open positions. Must be willing to roll up your sleeves and put in the hard work. Must be able to pivot from project to project at a moment’s notice. This is a very faced paced organization. Note: This is NOT a remote position. Attendance at our Orlando, Florida office is required 5 days a week. Work schedule can be Monday – Friday 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM or 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM. Primary Responsibilities • Develops job announcements, advertisements and posts open positions in various recruiting sources to maximize visibility and exposure to potential candidates to generate large applicant pools., • Makes outgoing calls to existing employees and potential candidates, schedule face-to-face meetings/interviews and close significant open requisitions on a weekly basis. Researches, analyzes, prepares and presents recruiting trends, sources, etc., • Sources, recruits, interviews, and facilitates the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions; collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings., • May assist with routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave; performance and talent management; recognition, and morale., • Facilitate and conduct exit interviews; gather insights and compile trends regarding retention; communicate feedback as needed., • Assist with new employee orientation and onboarding processes., • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process., • Maintain employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality., • Provide guidance and support to employees regarding HR-related inquiries, policies, procedures, and various HR matters., • Handles employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff., • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbooks., • Maintain HR records, including employee data, attendance, and leave management., • Prepare HR reports and analytics, such as headcount, turnover, and recruitment metrics., • Demonstrates skill in data analysis techniques by resolving missing/incomplete information and inconsistencies/anomalies in more complex research/data., • Learn and process payroll if needed., • Assist with HR projects and initiatives as assigned., • Plan in-house or off-site activities, like parties, celebrations, and conferences., • Performs Other duties as required. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience)., • 3 – 5 years of Human Resources and/or Recruiting experience required., • HR certification is preferred., • Knowledge of ADP a plus., • Ability to prioritize tasks and complete within specified timeframes., • Excellent organizational skills, and attention to detail., • Excellent time management skills with the proven ability to meet deadlines., • Basic knowledge of HR policies, procedures, employment laws, and best practices., • Interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships., • Excellent verbal and written communication skills., • Proficiency in HRIS systems, MS Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Adobe., • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion., • Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills
