JOB TITLE: Document Management Scanner LOCATION: Hamilton NJ, Full time, Onsite REPORTS TO: Document Management Lead/Manager FLSA STATUS: Non-exempt OVERVIEW: To assist in the daily operations by processing both incoming and outgoing mail communications. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Sort document and prep for scanning., • Received mailings on CD(s)/ Flash Drive(s), process accordingly., • Copies or scans materials as instructed., • Printing documents as needed., • Sorting, looking up, and counting various documents., • Print, copy, fax documents., • Cover the reception desk as needed., • Fold letters and stuff envelopes as needed., • Opens incoming mail and process it accordingly as needed., • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook, at a mid- level or above, • Organizational skills, • Data Entry Skills, • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, • Attentive to details, • Ability to follow instructions., • Demonstrate ability to do multiple tasks, prioritize effectively and successfully fulfill work assignments., • High School Diploma required., • Previous experience with Document Handling, • Carrying, lifting, standing, and sitting for extended periods of time.
