About the Role As our Senior Technical Recruiter, you’ll own the end-to-end talent acquisition process for mission-critical IT roles across our Consulting, Managed Services, and Technology Staffing practices – partnering with delivery leads and business stakeholders to build world-class teams that drive client success. This is a strategic hiring position with visibility into C-suite initiatives and a clear path to leadership in talent operations or client engagement. We welcome applicants from Fort Lauderdale, Boston, and remote locations across the United States. Responsibilities • Lead full-cycle recruitment for technical specialties:, • Cloud Strategy & DevOps, • ERP Integration (SAP, Oracle, etc.), • Cybersecurity & Privacy Compliance, • Blockchain Development, • BPM, CRM & BI Solutions, • Identity & Access Management, • Craft and refine job descriptions; post to ATS and niche boards (LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, GitHub, etc.), • Design and execute innovative sourcing campaigns: Boolean search, social outreach, hacker forums, community events, • Screen resumes for technical depth and cultural fit; conduct structured behavioral and technical interviews, • Manage and optimize ATS workflows (Bullhorn, JobDiva, Greenhouse or similar), • Track recruiting KPIs (time-to-fill, pipeline conversion) and present actionable insights to leadership, • Represent CHT at industry conferences, meetups, and campus events to expand our talent network, • Collaborate with and enhance our network of expert resources and partners, • Champion the CHT employer brand: deliver a best-in-class candidate experience, from first touch to offer acceptance, • Drive continuous process improvements and best practices; mentor junior recruiters as we continue to scale Qualifications • 5+ years of technical recruiting experience, preferably in agency or consulting environments, • Track record of sourcing and closing candidates for competitive tech markets, • Deep understanding of cloud, ERP, cybersecurity, blockchain, and data analytics roles, • Mastery of Boolean search, passive candidate engagement, and creative outreach tactics, • Strong communicator with a relationship-first mindset and outstanding negotiation skills, • Data-driven: comfortable reporting on metrics, identifying bottlenecks, and optimizing workflows, • Demonstrated mentoring or team-lead experience in a recruiting function, • Proficiency with ATS/CRM platforms and recruiting analytics tools Bonus Points • Experience recruiting for digital transformation or enterprise consulting services, • Prior work with BPM, CRM, or BI solutions, • Success scaling technical teams in high-growth environments, • Interest in evolving into talent leadership or client-facing delivery roles Why CHT? • Join a high-performance, tight-knit team that values hustle, humor, and heart, • Collaborate directly with senior leadership and Fortune 1000 clients, • Hybrid work model with locations in Fort Lauderdale and Boston, • Clear career path into talent operations leadership, client engagement, and service delivery, • Competitive base salary plus performance-based incentives, • Celebrate our 9th anniversary and help shape our next decade of growth If you’re ready to lead, influence, and build something exceptional -we want to hear from you.
