Overview: The Sr. Project Manager can run a standalone multi-craft, joint venture, or EPC project up to $200+ million dollars. The Sr. Project Manager is responsible for overseeing project Safety, Quality, and all Project Controls required to lead the project. Dependent upon the project structure the PM is responsible for directing engineering, technology providers as well as JV partners. The PM is accountable for all aspects of the project including but not limited to safety, quality, labor, material, scope, client interaction, and overall execution of all disciplines. To successfully manage their work, they must have a thorough understanding of the industry best practices and codes for all disciplines. The role requires interfacing with all areas affected by the project including the client(s), engineering/design, subcontractors, distributors, vendors, and the ongoing strategic communication with project management regarding the status of the project. Location & Travel Details: You can be based in any city or state in the U.S.. This is a traveling, project based position, up to 75% of the time. You have the potential to be placed on a project site located in any state throughout the US. You’ll spend 8-18 months on average per project. Identify trends and suggest corrective actions when needed., • Establish the cashflow forecast and curve to ensure positive cashflow for the project., • Act as primary company representative in all customer interactions., • Know all the provisions, terms, and scope of the Prime contract., • Develop and prepare Schedule of Values and all Invoices to customer., • Using established personnel requisition process, work with Recruiting to hire staff professionals for your project., • Assist Project Engineer in taking the Estimate and converting it to the Standard Phase codes., • Approve all construction equipment purchases and rentals., • Manage, lead direct reports, and mentor. SUPERVISORY: • Bachelor’s degree in engineering and construction management., • Must have experience in heavy industrial construction in industries such as fossil power generation, mining, metals, heavy manufacturing., • Eleven (11) years of construction field experience. Job Description Controller / Director of Accounting — GO2 Delivery (Virginia Beach, VA | Hybrid) Base Salary: $95,000–$110,000 + Annual Bonus Schedule: Full-time, Hybrid (3 days onsite / 2 days remote after onboarding) About GO2 Delivery GO2 Delivery is a 30-year leader in sustainable, technology-driven courier and logistics services specializing in healthcare, pharmacy, and B2B delivery. Our core operation, GO2 Delivery, generates approximately $6 million in annual revenue. About the Role We’re seeking a hands-on financial leader — whether you identify most as a Controller, Accounting Manager, or Director of Accounting — to oversee our accounting operations, financial reporting, and HR administration. This position is ideal for a motivated accounting professional ready to step into a leadership role in a stable, growth-oriented company. You’ll manage 1–2 accounting/administrative staff, coordinate with external accountants, and partner closely with the CEO to strengthen financial systems and support continued expansion. Key Responsibilities * Oversee daily accounting operations (A/P, A/R, GL, bank reconciliations, and reporting) * Manage month-end and year-end close processes * Prepare and analyze consolidated financial statements * Maintain internal controls, accounting policies, and financial documentation * Coordinate with external CPA for audits, tax filings, and compliance * Oversee HR administration including onboarding, benefits, and recordkeeping * Lead process and systems improvements to drive accuracy and efficiency Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or CMA preferred) * 5–10 years of accounting experience, including 2+ years in a Controller, Accounting Manager, or Director-level role * Strong knowledge of GAAP, internal controls, and multi-entity accounting * Experience managing HR and payroll processes with third-party providers * Proficiency in QuickBooks Online * Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills Why Join Us You’ll join a respected, long-standing company that values teamwork, innovation, and balance.
