Job Description The Controller oversees and manages all phases of the Accounting and Administration and supervises the accounting team which handles functional accounting, financial reporting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, 990 tax return, payroll, retirement compliance, and assists in cash flow and short-term investment management. The Controller will ensure that the NAIS has systems and policies and procedures in place to support an efficient close process; and works with external auditors and regulators to conduct periodic audits. The Controller will work closely with all other departments to ensure financial compliance with NAIS’ established policies and procedures.
