Job DescriptionWhat You’ll Be Doing You will work collaboratively with the Executive Office of Health and Human Services (EOHHS), Department of Human Services (DHS), and/or The Department of Behavioral Health, Developmental Disabilities & Hospitals (BHDDH) to provide case management services to participants who are part of the Conflict Free Case Management Model. The Surveyor will serve as a team member or team leader on various types of surveys (i.e. re-certification, comparative, complaint investigation, and revisits) for long-term care and non-long-term care surveys, which can include; ambulatory surgical centers (ASC), Intermediate Care Facilities for Individuals with Intellectual Disabilities (ICFs/IID), end-stage renal disease (ESRD), Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facility (PRTF), hospital, critical access hospital, and hospice facilities. QUALIFICATIONS FOR A FIELD ENUMERATOR • Experience multitasking in a deadline-oriented work environment, • Ability to positively represent NASDA and the benefits of enumerators in all survey actions, • Ability to make crop counts in designated fields, • Ability to maintain a reliable personal vehicle, • Ability to conduct interviews in person or by telephone with farm operators and other individuals, • Technical experience with both computers or iPads WORK SCHEDULE This part-time field service position works a flexible schedule that may include some evenings, weekends. Weather, seasonal farm responsibilities, and community functions may affect work hours. This is a remote position that includes calling for surveys from home off an IPAD, and some field travel required to farms (mileage reimbursed. By aligning construction practices across these areas, the role supports consistent execution, operational excellence, and strategic alignment across the enterprise Job Responsibilities Collaborate with subject matter experts across the enterprise to design, develop, and update procedures (including checklists, job aids, work methods, etc. as appropriate) to support work on equipment, tools, and processes. Coordinate the review of new or revised documents, work procedures, and technical documents with Safety, Enterprise Standards, Training, and other groups so that all new equipment coming onto the system can be safely maintained and operated as per design. Lead construction of equipment mock-ups and simulations for development of procedures and associated training content. Develop communication strategies with stakeholders to improve understanding and adoption of work procedures including participation on committees, delivering presentations, facilitating process improvement meetings, traveling roadshows, etc. Support new technology initiatives and travel to OpCos as necessary. Represent as an electric utility partner in industry committees. Seek out, identify, and incorporate new technologies into procedures and associated training materials. May be assigned an Electric Utilities emergency and storm role. This is a special assignment that is activated during storms and other emergencies when the company needs to restore power or respond to other issues affecting customer service. This role may necessitate the need to work after-hours, outside of your normal schedule.
