About the RoleRestore is seeking a part-time Dispensary Associate for our Allentown location.This role is ideal for candidates with prior experience in customer service, cash handling, and medical marijuana knowledge who are passionate about patient care and education.Dispensary Associates are the face of Restore. You will guide patients through their purchasing experience, helping them feel informed, comfortable, and supported in their medication choices.Key Responsibilities • Greet patients as they enter the dispensary and verify credentials in accordance with compliance standards, • Coordinate with the dispensary team to ensure smooth patient flow throughout the store, • Manage the patient check-in process while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy, • Support fulfillment of in-store, call-ahead, and online orders, • Enter patient and product information into MJ Freeway, label products, apply discounts and rewards, and finalize transactions, • Support timely and accurate transactions at the point of service, • Perform accurate cash handling in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), • Maintain compliance standards and prevent diversion of medical marijuana, • Assist with daily inventory counts and product organization, • Maintain a structured side-work schedule to ensure the store remains clean, organized, and properly sanitized, • Adapt to varying sales volumes while maintaining a positive patient experience, • Provide product education and personalized guidance to patients, • Represent the Restore brand with professionalism, compassion, and enthusiasm, • Report directly to the Assistant Dispensary Manager (ADM) and Store ManagerRequired Qualifications, • Experience in customer service (retail, hospitality, or patient-facing roles preferred), • Cash handling experience with strong accuracy, • Working knowledge of medical marijuana products and their potential benefits, • Basic math and computer proficiency, • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment, • Flexibility to work opening, closing, weekends, and holidaysWhat You Bring, • Compassion, • A genuine desire to help patients, • Strong listening skills and empathy, • Ability to build trust and rapport, • Adaptability, • Comfortable with change and new processes, • Calm under pressure, • Team-oriented mindset, • Growth Mindset, • Eagerness to learn and develop, • Openness to feedback, • Respectful and positive attitudeBonus If You Have, • Experience in the medical marijuana industry, • Advanced product knowledge, • Strong relationship-building skills
