The DSO Operations Leader serves as the primary point of contact for the DSO Operations team, supporting four key functional areas: Warehouse Operations, Customer Service, Inside Sales, and Administrative Support. In this role, the Leader partners closely with DSO Regional General Managers and cross-functional teams to help develop, align, and execute the DSO operational strategy across both Supply and Equipment channels. This position acts as a critical liaison across the organization, driving operational effectiveness, supporting process consistency, and enabling continuous improvement. The Operations Leader ensures essential metrics, deadlines, and goals are achieved while fostering strong communication and collaboration across stakeholders. Where is the work: * From Monday to Thursday, work onsite with your colleagues. On Fridays, choose your work location, balancing what your work requires * What you will do: • Serve as the central point of contact for the DSO Operations team, coordinating communication and activities across warehouse operations, customer service, inside sales, and administrative support., • Partner with DSO Regional General Managers and functional leaders to support execution of the DSO operational strategy., • Facilitate alignment and collaboration between Supply and Equipment channel operations., • Monitor operational performance, tracking key metrics, KPIs, deadlines, and goals to ensure business expectations are met., • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and support the development, rollout, and maintenance of standardized processes and best practices, while assisting in change management efforts related to process enhancements, system updates, and new operational programs., • Leads and develops several direct reports that prepare and organize operational reports, dashboards, and updates for leadership., • Support project management efforts across functional teams, ensuring timely and effective execution of initiatives., • Act as the liaison between field operations, functional teams, and leadership to improve communication flow and resolve operational issues. What you will bring: • 4+ years of experience in operations support, customer service, supply chain, or related business function., • Strong understanding of operational workflows in distribution, warehouse operations, customer service, or sales support environments., • Excellent communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills., • Ability to manage multiple priorities, with strong organizational and time-management capabilities., • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and support performance reporting., • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with ERP/CRM systems a plus., • Proven ability to lead and develop high‑performing teams Key Competencies: • Cross-functional collaboration, • LEAN mindset, • Communication and influence, • Problem-solving and decision-making, • Customer focused, • Process discipline, • Data-driven thinking Compensation: Base Pay Range: The base salary for this role ranges from $135,000 to $170,000, depending on experience. Total compensation also includes an incentive plan. Disclaimer: We strive to provide competitive compensation for this position, tailored to a variety of factors.
