RESPONSIBILITIES * Lead overall program execution, ensuring alignment with contract objectives, scope, schedule, and budget. * Manage program resources, including personnel, subcontractors, and materials, to achieve performance and delivery milestones. * Develop, maintain, and oversee the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and Gantt charts to track progress and dependencies. * Monitor subcontractor performance, ensuring compliance with technical, cost, and schedule requirements. * Serve as the primary interface with Government stakeholders, providing regular status updates, risk assessments, and performance reports. * Drive proactive issue resolution, risk management, and continuous improvement across all program areas. * Ensure compliance with all contractual, regulatory, and security requirements, including SSC and DoD standards.
