Job DescriptionLead Daily Parcel Operations with Precision Step into a fast-paced small-parcel environment where you set the tone for quality, speed, and safety. Picture your day: you kick off with a floor walk and quick huddle, align the team on the plan, review SAP and MS Office dashboards, and clear bottlenecks before they impact customers. You manage timecards and time-off requests, coach your supervisors and material handlers, interview promising candidates, and recognize outstanding work on the spot. When issues arise, you use data to troubleshoot, then lock in the fix through continuous improvement. You wrap up by measuring performance, communicating results, and ensuring power-industrial equipment is maintained and ready for tomorrow. What You'll Own • Deliver best-in-class customer satisfaction by ensuring orders are accurately picked, packed, dispatched, and quality checked., • Track, analyze, and report the effectiveness of warehousing processes and team performance against safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets., • Provide clear leadership—manage, coach, and develop assigned teams to meet objectives., • Process and approve timecards and time-off requests accurately and on time., • Drive performance management: evaluations, development plans, training, and promotions., • Interview, select, and onboard new team members., • Hold the team accountable through coaching and, when needed, corrective action., • Motivate the team with timely recognition and reinforcement of strong performance., • Communicate and execute company/department policies, procedures, and work practices., • Remove barriers using a data-driven problem-solving approach to make fact-based decisions., • Champion, implement, and sustain continuous improvement initiatives (including Lean practices)., • Safely operate power-industrial equipment and ensure proper licensing and training.What You Bring, • Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor, with effective supervisory methods and hands-on leadership., • Proficiency with warehouse systems; SAP preferred; strong MS Office skills., • Ability to input, retrieve, and analyze data to inform decisions and improvements., • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; effective with upstream and downstream partners., • Strong judgment and decision-making to plan, prioritize, and deliver results under time pressure., • Track record driving engagement across diverse teams and leading change., • Coaching and mentoring capability for direct reports., • Clear understanding of problem-solving methodologies and continuous improvement., • Proactive in identifying departmental obstacles and addressing issues as they arise., • Independent, detail-oriented, organized, with sound discretion handling confidential information., • Collaborative approach; able to build internal and external relationships and work cross-functionally., • Holds the team accountable to daily tasks and strategic departmental goals; open to constructive feedback., • Excellent time management.Education & Experience, • Bachelor's degree preferred., • 3+ years of experience in a distribution setting (production, distribution, or logistics)., • 5+ years of leadership/supervision experience required., • Experience with Lean system practices across multiple processes., • History of ensuring equipment is properly maintained and preventive maintenance is completed on schedule., • SAP knowledge preferred.Benefits, • Competitive salary with performance bonuses., • Comprehensive health coverage beginning day one., • Generous vacation and paid time off., • Career growth and development opportunities., • Positive, collaborative work environment.Physical Demands, • Must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or moved up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move 40 pounds.Core Proficiencies, • Supervisory Experience, • Shipping/Receiving, • Warehouse Experience, • Material Handler Experience, • Forklift Licensed, • Excellent Communication Skills
