We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Program Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and oversight of program activities. This role is responsible for coordinating resources, maintaining documentation, supporting program leadership, and serving as a key point of contact across teams and stakeholders. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is detail-oriented, and can balance multiple priorities while ensuring smooth program operations. Position requires an active TS/SCI with polygraph level clearance. US citizenship is required. Key Responsibilities: • Coordinate day-to-day program activities to ensure alignment with schedules, milestones, and deliverables., • Track progress against program plans and provide regular updates to leadership., • Support staffing and resource allocation by maintaining program rosters, schedules, and assignment records., • Track the status of all CDRLs and support PMT staff members with completion., • Provide facilitation support for contractor facilities and IT requirements., • Monitor, track, and report CWIP compliance, including ITAR training, operating system certifications, and specialized training across all tasks., • Track program travel and ensure required technical training aligns with program requirements., • Document, track, report, and manage all GFE, GFP, GFI, CAPs, and related items., • Coordinate purchase requests and manage spare parts, shipping, and logistics needs., • Perform annual and final inventories, ensuring accurate records are maintained., • Prepare travel requests for submission and coordinate with traveling personnel to ensure timely completion and submission of trip reports., • Maintain program documentation, including meeting notes, reports, and status trackers., • Serve as a liaison between program leadership, team members, subcontractors, and customers as needed., • Assist with risk and issue tracking, escalating concerns to leadership when appropriate., • Support program reviews, briefings, and reporting requirements., • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field is preferred, • 2+ years of experience in program coordination, project support, or a similar role., • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously., • Excellent written and verbal communication skills., • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira)., • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and with external stakeholders.
