Job Description CMIT is looking for a dynamic, motivated, and client-focused Account Coordinator to join our team! As an Account Coordinator, you will report to the Lead Account Manager and work with our Account Management Team to ensure our services meet the client's needs and look for additional ways that we can assist them. CMIT Solutions provides outsourced IT support and maintenance (managed services) to a wide array of businesses in the St. Louis Metro area. Responsibilities include but not limited to: • Preparing for Business Reviews with Account Managers, • Evaluating client technology and services, • Creating reports, • Cleaning up data, • Quoting and Sourcing: Research products and pricing through our approved sites and create quotes for client review., • Assisting Account Managers with client projects, • Ensuring excellent customer service and teamwork practices, • Researching client satisfaction issues, • Maintaining client monthly reporting, • Assisting with client onboardings, • Miscellaneous office administrative tasks Skills and Qualifications: • Excellent Customer Service/Relationship Management, • Enjoys meeting with clients in-person and on virtual platforms, • Analyzing and Reporting Skills, • Administrative Writing Skills, • Excels in using Microsoft Office Products, • Ability to multi-task, adapt, and prioritize, • Proficient at time management, • Professional demeanor, • Problem Solver, • Professional Written and Verbal Communication, • High attention to detail and accuracy, • Flexibility, • Teamwork, • Energetic, • Empathetic, • Self-motivated, • Able to support CMIT Company Culture and be a willing participant, • Willing to learn and grow within an ever-changing industry Future Growth Opportunity:
