Job Description The Lease and Rental Manager will have responsibility for growing the long-term profitability of the lease and rental product lines through direct business to business sales. The position will be responsible to increase revenues, grow the customer base and manage existing accounts in the areas of fleet planning and profitability. The position requires an aggressive, self-motivated individual with a strong sales aptitude and a desire to progress within the company. We could strike this one at non-fueling locations., • Daily fuel billing and reconciliation., • Manage trip records and troubleshoot billing issues., • Collection calls and involvement as needed from direction of CSO and or BM. drop the acronyms of cso and bm, • Register trucks for rebates, verify completion, accrue rebates record receipt of rebates / monitor, and warranty validation and status on new equipment. they do not do this, • Rental asset management, rental billing and daily yard report., • Rental damage process., • DTRs Lease & Rental., • Verify and monitor Certificate of Insurance (COI) for Lease & Rental units., • Submitting credit applications and new account set up., • A high school diploma or equivalent required., • College degree preferred., • Three to five years of proven sales and customer service experience is desired, but not required., • Proven detail oriented and results-driven sales representative with the ability to prioritize and handle numerous tasks simultaneously., • Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint required., • Strong written / verbal communication skills required., • Ability to work independently and deal with people., • Willingness to travel as necessary, work the required schedule and work at the location of the assigned territory. The position is located in the office and shop environment as well as duties performed outside. Mobility of walking, standing and bending is frequent. Dexterity, hearing and talking requirements are constant. Visual ability to detect situations of concern is constant. The employee will occasionally lift up to and over 50 pounds.
