Manager Commercial Casualty Claims Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager Commercial Casualty Claims to join a dynamic Commercial Claims department. This is a full-time exempt hybrid position. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in commercial claims management leadership and process improvement to ensure quality outcomes and operational efficiency. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a growing organization with a strong commitment to employee development work-life balance and customer service excellence. • Salary Range: $100000 - $130000 (based on experience and education)., • Benefits:, • Medical Dental and Vision insurance., • Company-paid life insurance., • 401(k) plan with a generous 6% employer match., • Maintain a quality assurance program for all casualty claims ensuring quality outcomes through collaboration and analysis., • Provide technical guidance on complex and high-exposure claims., • Oversee litigation strategy and settlement negotiations for casualty claims., • Develop and refine claims handling processes to ensure regulatory compliance and operational efficiency., • Review claims data and report business outcomes to claims leadership., • Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for enhancements in workflow processes and practices., • Assist and observe on field inspections., • Manage the development and daily operations of a team of adjusters and supervisors., • Collaborate with senior leadership to align casualty claims strategy with company growth objectives., • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) conduct file audits and improve claims outcomes., • Promote excellent customer service and participate in public relations functions., • Bachelors degree in business or a related field., • A minimum of seven years of experience in commercial claims with at least two years in a leadership or supervisory role (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)., • Advanced knowledge of General Liability and Auto coverage liability and injury claims including litigation management., • Strong background in process improvement and data analysis., • Proven ability to lead teams manage performance and drive results., • Exceptional customer service communication presentation and training skills., • Familiarity with core systems including data management. #LI-RG1 Required Experience: Manager Key Skills Forecasting,Hyperion,Cost Management,Construction Estimating,QlikView,Bus Driving,Analysis Skills,HubSpot,Salesforce,Market Research,negotiation,Financial Planning Employment Type : Full-Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
