About the Role We are seeking a high-performing Community Manager to support operations at a high-visibility community with significant opportunity for impact. This role is a critical leadership position responsible for day-to-day execution, financial performance, and revenue growth, including direct ownership of home sales activity at the property. This Community Manager reports to and partners closely with the Senior Community Manager, serving as a key onsite leader with clear ownership of sales execution, leasing performance, and operational excellence. This is a hands-on role for someone who is equally comfortable driving revenue, leading people, and managing complex property operations. This position is also designed with growth in mind, offering the opportunity to take on expanded leadership responsibility over time. Key Responsibilities Leadership & Team Management • Serve as a primary onsite leader, helping drive performance, accountability, and team culture, • Support supervision of onsite staff, including maintenance and contractors, • Partner with the Senior Community Manager on staffing, training, and performance management, • Lead by example in professionalism, urgency, and resident serviceOperations & Administration, • Oversee daily property operations including office management, resident communication, and vendor coordination, • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of rent rolls, notices, move-ins/move-outs, and reporting, • Maintain organized records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, • Serve as a key point of contact for residents, resolving issues quickly and professionallyFinancial Performance & Accountability, • Drive performance against key metrics including occupancy, collections, NOI, and home sales, • Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance management, • Identify opportunities to improve revenue and control expenses, • Execute on property-level business plans and performance initiativesHome Sales & Revenue Generation, • Own and execute home sales strategy for the community, • Manage the full sales lifecycle including lead generation, showings, closing coordination, and follow-up, • Partner with leadership on pricing, inventory, and marketing strategies, • Track and report on sales performance and pipeline activity, • Actively contribute to occupancy growth through both home sales and leasing effortsLeasing & Occupancy Management, • Conduct tours, process applications, and manage move-ins/move-outs, • Maintain strong curb appeal and community presentation, • Execute local marketing and outreach efforts to drive qualified traffic, • Minimize vacancy loss and maintain high occupancyProperty Maintenance Oversight, • Coordinate maintenance operations and vendor work, • Conduct regular property walks to ensure safety, cleanliness, and standards, • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulationsCompliance & Policy Enforcement, • Enforce community rules consistently and professionally, • Conduct inspections and issue notices as needed, • Maintain accurate documentation of violations and resolutionsResident Experience & Community Engagement, • Build strong resident relationships and resolve concerns proactively, • Support community events and engagement initiatives, • 3+ years of property management or related experience, • Proven experience in sales, leasing, or revenue-generating roles, • Strong leadership capability with experience supervising or influencing teams, • Experience managing or contributing to property financial performance (budgets, KPIs, or P&L), • Excellent communication, organization, and conflict resolution skills, • Proficiency with property management systems and Google Workspace, • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportationPreferred, • Experience in manufactured housing, RV, or multifamily communities, • Experience with home sales or real estate transactions, • Experience with Rent Manager or similar systems, • Strong business mindset with a focus on performance and accountability Compensation and Benefits • $60,000-70,000 salary, • Incentive compensation eligible based on overall community performance and individual contribution., • Two weeks of Paid Time Off accrued in your first year of employment, • Company paid holidays, • Group medical, dental, and vision, and company-paid life insurance, • Mobile device reimbursement Work Environment and Physical Requirements (with or without reasonable accommodation) • Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 pounds, • Combination of indoor office work and outdoor property inspections, • Frequent use of office equipment, • Ability to respond to occasional after-hours issues Who We Are at 52TEN • A high-performing team with the agility of a boutique company and the capability of a large one, • Forward-thinking and tech-savvy, always seeking smarter ways to work, • Deeply collaborative—both at our communities and across the company, • We’re not stuck in old ways of thinking or focused only on the bottom line, • We don’t forget that we’re people first—with families, ambitions, and values, • We don’t shy away from challenges or growth—we welcome them, • We don’t avoid accountability or repeat mistakes—we learn and evolve Powered by JazzHR h7fM1DUN2P
