Position Summary: This role is vital to the success of both Marketing and Sales and will help drive growth across B2B customer segments, distributors, and digital channels. The Junior Video & Motion Graphic Designer will work closely with the Head of Marketing and the broader Marketing team to support the creation of professional, engaging video content for brand awareness, demand generation, and product education. This role will focus primarily on: • Short-form,video content for LinkedIn organic posts and paid ads, • Medium-form product “how-to” and application videos, • A blend of AI-assisted video creation, motion graphics, and live-action footage captured on-site at Forza and at customer locations This is a hands-on, execution-focused role designed for a developing creative who understands video fundamentals, is comfortable learning new tools (especially AI-driven tools), and can grow into a larger creative role over time. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Assist in planning, producing, and editing video content for a wide variety of digital formats, including:, • Short looping videos for LinkedIn and paid social, • Product demonstration and instructional videos, • Brand and campaign-related motion graphics, • Support basic storyboarding and script development in collaboration with the Head of Marketing., • Assist with shot setup and capture for live video shoots, including:, • In-office product shoots, • On-site customer or jobsite filming (occasional travel), • Edit and assemble content using a mix of:, • Live-action video footage, • Still photography, • AI-generated images and video, • Motion graphics and text overlays, • Apply brand standards consistently across all video and motion assets., • Create simple animated graphics, titles, transitions, and visual effects to enhance clarity and professionalism., • Optimize video assets for platform-specific requirements (LinkedIn, web, email, presentations)., • Assist in maintaining a Digital Asset Library for video, motion, and related creative files., • Collaborate with other Marketing team members throughout projects to ensure timelines and objectives are met., • Review video drafts with stakeholders and incorporate feedback efficiently., • Stay current with emerging video, motion design, and AI content tools and best practices., • Assist with creative planning and execution for marketing campaigns., • Complete other duties as assigned. Competencies: • Creativity & Visual Storytelling: Ability to communicate ideas clearly through video, motion, and visual sequencing., • Design Fundamentals: Strong understanding of Typography, Color Theory, Layout, Hierarchy, • Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy, pacing, transitions, and brand consistency., • Technical Curiosity: Willingness and ability to learn new video, motion, and AI-based tools quickly., • Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-moving environment., • Adaptability: Comfortable working across different content types, tools, and project scopes., • Communication: Clear verbal and written communication; receptive to feedback and coaching., • Collaboration: Works well with marketing, sales, and external partners., • Brand Awareness: Understands how to apply brand standards across video and motion assets., • Customer-Centric Thinking: Understands how video content supports customer education and sales objectives. Qualifications – Education and/or Experience: • 2–4 year college degree in Graphic Design, Video Production, Multimedia Design, Communications, or a related field OR equivalent practical experience., • 1–3 years of experience in video editing, motion graphics, or digital content creation (internships and freelance work included)., • Demonstrated work experience via a portfolio or reel showcasing video and/or motion graphic work. Technical Skills: • Working knowledge of video and motion tools such as:, • Adobe Premiere Pro, • After Effects (basic to intermediate), • DaVinci Resolve or similar, • Familiarity with design tools such as:, • Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator (basic), • Experience or strong interest in AI-assisted creative tools (e.g., AI video generation, image generation, script support tools)., • Basic understanding of video formats, codecs, aspect ratios, and export requirements., • Familiarity with project management tools (Monday, Trello, Asana, etc.) is a plus. Other Skills: • Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace., • Organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven., • Willing to learn and grow within a structured brand environment., • Comfortable working both independently and with close direction., • Team-oriented and collaborative., • Enthusiastic about building a long-term creative career.
