Job DescriptionCLINICIAN- OUTPATIENT Ignitus Recovery Cherry Hills Recovery Behavioral Health | Substance Use & Mental Health Location: Cherry Hills Village, CO Travel: 100% Type: Full-Time, W-2 Schedule: Mon–Fri, 8:30am–5:00pm and potential after hours and weekends Compensation: $65,000-90,000 (commensurate with licensure and experience) ABOUT THE ROLE Ignitus Recovery is a growing behavioral health organization providing residential and outpatient treatment for substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders at Cherry Hills Recovery and Boulder Hills Recovery. This role offers a unique opportunity to help build an exceptional outpatient treatment program at Cherry Hills Recovery from the ground up. The clinician provides client-centered clinical services across outpatient levels of care. This role is responsible for assessments, treatment planning, individual and group therapy, documentation, and coordination of care using a recovery oriented system of care in a trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and evidence-based approach. Clinicians work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to support client safety, engagement, and long-term recovery outcomes. WHY THIS ROLE IS DIFFERENT * Be a part of building something unique * Work alongside experienced, mission-driven clinicians * Receive leadership support, clinical collaboration, and professional development * Make a meaningful impact across multiple phases of treatment and recovery KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Complete biopsychosocial assessments, risk screenings, and ASAM-aligned clinical evaluations * Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans based on client progress and clinical need * Provide individual, group, and family therapy focused on recovery, safety, and skill development * Facilitate scheduled clinical programming and maintain accurate attendance records * Complete all clinical documentation in the EHR/EMR within required timeframes and regulatory standards * Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and coordinate care with internal and external providers * Support discharge planning, aftercare recommendations, and continuity of care across levels of service * Maintain a therapeutic environment that is trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and client-empowering QUALIFICATIONS Required: * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a behavioral health–related field * LPC, LSW, LMFT, and or CAS * Experience providing therapy in residential and/or outpatient SUD or co-occurring settings * Knowledge of ASAM criteria, clinical documentation standards, and client safety practices * Proficiency with EHR/EMR systems * CPR/First Aid certification and other state-required credentials Preferred: * Strong interpersonal and crisis-management skills. * Ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team. * Bilingual (Spanish/English) skills HOW TO APPLY Apply online via: Ignitus Recovery is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
