We are all working together to: • Grow our dealer network for people that are passionate about changing lives and making a difference in society, • Supporting entrepreneurial minded businesspeople who are driven to grow and succeed with a proven business model called the Success Program, • Build teams than coaching and mentoring them to grow, • Use the Science of Saladmaster to connect with people passionate about healthy home cooking, • Family, • Excellence, • Integrity, • Passion Your seat at the table: Digital Operations Manager You will love this seat if you get, want, and have the capacity to: LMA (Lead, Manage, and Drive Accountability) • Provide clear direction, set priorities, and manage performance for any direct reports or cross-functional stakeholders., • Model proactive communication, accountability, and alignment with company values and goals., • Ensure digital tools are effectively integrated, maintained, and aligned with business objectives to support seamless operations and user experience., • Monitor platform performance and user engagement, using data and feedback to drive continuous improvement and optimization., • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather, define, and prioritize business needs for all digital tools., • Translate business challenges into functional and technical requirements for new or enhanced solutions. Integration of Digital Tools • Ensure seamless integration between platforms (CRM, portal, website, communications tools, etc.) to enable a unified digital experience., • Establish KPIs and dashboards for each digital tool and initiative., • Regularly track and report on usage, engagement, and effectiveness, using data to guide decisions., • Identify gaps or underperformance and recommend solutions., • Optimization & Maintenance, • Continuously refine and enhance systems based on user feedback, analytics, and emerging best practices., • Develop and manage a digital roadmap that aligns with business strategy and growth plans., • Proactively sunset outdated tools, onboard new platforms, and plan resource allocation for digital evolution. Requirements: We need this seat to have: • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, or related field (Master’s preferred for senior roles), • 5–7+ years of experience in digital operations, sales enablement, marketing operations, or related roles, • Proven experience managing digital tools/platforms (e.g., CMS, CRM, analytics, automation tools), • Strong understanding of digital ecosystems (e.g., websites, email platforms, dealer/customer portals), • Experience with digital integration and system optimization, • Competency in data analysis, performance tracking, and reporting (Google Analytics, Power BI, etc.), • Skilled in project management and cross-functional collaboration, • Ability to translate business needs into digital solutions, • Experience with lifecycle planning and tool adoption strategies, • Strong focus on user experience, process efficiency, and measurable impact
