The Production Support & Operations Coordinator plays a key support role in ensuring smooth day-to-day plant operations while fostering strong communication, organization, and employee engagement. This position acts as a central point of coordination between production, sales, and plant leadership—supporting production planning, maintaining visibility on orders, assisting with reporting and training efforts, and helping drive a positive, organized, and connected workplace culture. Key Responsibilities Production & Operations Support \n • Serve as support for Production Control, assisting with production planning and execution as needed.\n, • Set up, maintain, and monitor production lists to ensure accuracy and visibility.\n, • Maintain and update capability sheets and other operational documentation.\n, • Keep a close eye on order status and production flow, helping identify and communicate potential issues early.\n\n Communication & Coordination \n • Act as a site spokesperson for the production plan, ensuring clear communication between the plant, sales, and internal departments.\n, • Support site-wide communication efforts by sharing updates, coordinating information flow, and helping align teams.\n, • Assist with preparing and distributing reports related to production, safety, or site initiatives.\n\n Training, Safety & Facility Involvement \n • Support training initiatives, including coordination, scheduling, and setup.\n, • Participate in and support facility programs such as safety streak tracking, wellness committee involvement, and general site initiatives.\n, • Assist with internal and external plant activities such as customer visits, photos, and facility décor.\n\n Administrative & Management Support \n • Provide administrative assistance to plant leadership as needed, including coordination, documentation, and follow-up.\n, • Help keep plant operations organized through tracking, scheduling, and communication support.\n\n Employee Engagement & Site Events \n • Coordinate and support employee involvement activities and site events, such as holiday programs, Angel Tree events, and recognition efforts.\n, • Help foster a positive, inclusive plant culture by supporting engagement and morale-building initiatives.\n\n What Are We Looking For?
