Job Description Inside salesperson We are seeking a motivated and customer‐focused Inside Salesperson to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who excels at relationship building, lead follow‐up, and guiding customers through the sales process. You will support our business development efforts by managing inbound inquiries, performing outbound follow‐up, and collaborating with our technical and operations teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities • Handle inbound calls, emails, and website inquiries from prospective customers, • Conduct outbound follow‐ups with leads, quotes, and open opportunities, • Prepare and send sales quotations, proposals, and order confirmations, • Maintain accurate CRM records for all customer interactions, • Build strong customer relationships through consistent communication, • Collaborate with engineering/operations to clarify specifications and delivery timelines, • Provide product information to customers (will train) Qualifications • Prior inside sales or customer‐service‐focused experience preferred, • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, • Highly organized with ability to manage multiple tasks, • Comfortable making follow‐up calls and developing customer relationships, • Experience using CRM software a plus, • Basic technical aptitude (we will train on specifics), • Self‐motivated, reliable, and able to work independently and as part of a teamCompany DescriptionSmall electronic manufacturer.Small electronic manufacturer.
