What We’re Looking For • 3+ years of kitchen leadership experience in a high volume, chef driven environment, • Strong foundation in classic cooking methods, knife skills, sauce work, plating, prep systems, and service execution, • Ability to lead with confidence, urgency, accountability, and professionalism, • Experience overseeing food quality, prep execution, kitchen organization, and service readiness, • Strong understanding of food safety, sanitation, HACCP practices, line checks, labeling, cooling, and storage procedures, • Experience with inventory, ordering, receiving, scheduling, invoice accuracy, and food cost awareness, • Strong communication skills with the ability to train, coach, correct, and develop back of house team members, • Help lead day to day kitchen operations alongside the Executive Chef, • Oversee sous chefs, line cooks, and dish staff to keep the kitchen organized, prepared, and operating at a high level, • Support service execution while maintaining standards for food quality, consistency, plating, cleanliness, and kitchen discipline, • Ensure prep, production, station readiness, and daily line responsibilities are completed correctly and on time, • Help enforce food safety and sanitation standards including logs, labeling, cooling, storage, HACCP procedures, and line checks, • Assist with training, development, performance accountability, and ongoing support for back of house team members, • Support scheduling, labor awareness, productivity, and staffing based on business needs, • Assist with ordering, receiving, invoice accuracy, inventory, waste reduction, and food cost control, • Work with the Executive Chef on features, menu updates, seasonal changes, and special event execution, • Help maintain equipment, facilities, and cleaning routines to keep the kitchen operating safely and efficiently, • $60,000 to $70,000 per year based on experience, • Health and dental insurance options, • Paid time off, • Consistent 5 day work week scheduled around 50 hours, • Employee discounts at all Noble Food & Pursuits locations, • Opportunities to learn, grow, and explore future career paths within our portfolio of concepts, • A team environment that values collaboration, creativity, development, and great food
