Fast forward over a decade, and we’re the largest and most recognizable brand in the space, partnering with musicians, athletes, and cultural events like Rolling Loud and the Super Bowl. As we continue to expand our cultural presence, we are seeking a Senior Manager of Content & Social a visionary and hands on Creative Director to lead our social media channels and drive the creative and content strategy across all social platforms, ensuring that every piece of content we put into the world looks, feels, and sounds unmistakably GLD. This is not a role for someone who manages from a distance. We're looking for a hands-on creative leader who will own the aesthetic and storytelling direction of our social presence from concept to publish, driving strategy while staying deeply embedded in the work itself concepting, writing, designing, directing, and producing alongside the team. You'll define how GLD shows up across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and beyond, leading experiences that range from high production brand moments to fast moving, culturally reactive content. You'll guide both in house teams and external partners, setting the creative standard for everything that touches our social channels and ensuring world class execution at every level. This role is ideal for a creative first leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to build brand relevance through bold, distinctive content while also delivering on the growth metrics and business goals that move GLD forward. This role is based in Miami, and you will report to the Director of Brand Partnerships and Events. Key Responsibilities: Creative Direction & Social Strategy • Own the creative vision for all organic social media channels, setting the aesthetic, tone, and storytelling standards that define GLD's presence across every platform., • Drive concept development end-to-end from initial ideation through to scripting, production, and final execution ensuring every piece of content reflects both creative ambition and brand integrity., • Be a hands-on creative, not just a director: write copy, concept campaigns, and produce content alongside the team when needed., • Lead platform strategy across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and emerging channels, developing tailored creative approaches that maximize impact on each., • Set the bar for creative excellence, balancing high-production value campaigns with fast-turn, reactive content that keeps GLD embedded in cultural conversation in real time., • Stay ahead of social media trends, platform algorithm shifts, and emerging formats, translating insights into innovative creative strategies that keep GLD at the forefront., • Partner with cross-functional teams (Paid Marketing, Business Intelligence, Merch, Creative) to ensure social initiatives ladder up to broader business goals., • Manage relationships with external agencies and contractors, maintaining high standards across both large-scale productions and nimble, quick-turn projects. Content Production & Programming • Take a hands-on role in content production directing shoots, writing scripts, reviewing edits, and ensuring the final output meets GLD's creative standards at every stage., • Concept and ability to personally produce short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts) that drives engagement, conversions, and cultural traction., • Develop and oversee the full content programming calendar, integrating cultural moments, product launches, audience data, and brand priorities into a cohesive, always on content plan., • Ensure the right creative talent is in the room: source and brief videographers, photographers, editors, and content creators for every activation, setting clear creative expectations and guaranteeing high quality output., • Collaborate closely with marketing and creative teams to align on deliverables, ensuring activations serve both brand building and performance needs., • Lead post activation wrap-ups, ensuring content is delivered on time and correctly formatted for digital distribution., • Identify gaps and opportunities in content programming and develop strategies across the organization to address them., • Conceptualize and execute guerrilla marketing campaigns that capture attention and drive organic reach. Campaign & Channel Execution • Lead the development and execution of best-in-class organic social media strategy across all platforms, encompassing platform strategy, content strategy, community management, campaign planning, and editorial calendars., • Build and expand upon GLD's differentiated brand identity through a content strategy that continuously raises the bar on brand impact and cultural relevance., • Oversee the full lifecycle of campaigns across all platforms, from ideation to execution, ensuring seamless delivery and consistent quality., • Create and manage detailed project timelines, budgets, and production schedules for both large-scale initiatives (e.g., Super Bowl activations) and smaller brand moments., • Develop a strategic framework for assessing and implementing content and programs that grow loyal audiences, brand awareness, and cultural equity., • Identify the right emerging platforms to invest in, expanding GLD's community footprint and connecting with new audiences. Cross-Functional Leadership & Executional Excellence • Effectively project manage across diverse stakeholders (Creative, Merch, Paid, Retention, external partners) on the creation of new concepts and campaigns., • Partner with the creative team to uphold editorial standards and copy guidelines across all touchpoints, ensuring a consistent voice, tone, and level of quality., • Manage a team of editors, content creators, and third-party vendors, setting high standards for execution, accountability, and problem solving., • Act as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring all partners are aligned on objectives and deliverables., • Partner closely with brand, marketing, and communications teams to build support plans for top business priorities and initiatives. Performance Measurement & Optimization • Develop a comprehensive framework for measuring the success of social media content and its broader impact on the business., • Establish and track KPIs for activations, including engagement, content performance, and ROI., • Develop post activation reports and recommendations, ensuring learnings are applied to future work., • Continuously optimize processes for efficiency, cost effectiveness, and scalability., • Monitor engagement, reach, and conversion across all content and campaigns. What We’re Looking For • 8+ years in a creative leadership role in social media or digital content within fast-paced environments preferably within fashion, tech, or lifestyle industries. Outstanding communication, collaboration, and presentation skills., • Hands on creative leader with experience concepting, writing, producing, and refining content not just directing it. A scrappy and humble mindset, willing to roll up your sleeves to get things done., • Deep understanding of major social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.), trends, and best practices, with a finger on the pulse of what resonates across different audiences. Strong understanding of digital analytics and how to use insights to optimize social media content., • Proven ability to lead and scale multi-platform social strategies that drive brand relevance, engagement, and business impact., • Strong portfolio demonstrating elevated storytelling, design sensibility, and short-form video excellence., • Ability to think big while also having a strong understanding of executional details, with a track record of balancing high-end production with quick turn reactive content., • Experience leading and inspiring creative teams and managing external agencies or partners., • An ability to produce work that moves at the speed of culture, seamlessly integrating GLD into the conversation., • Experience collaborating across marketing, product/merchandising, and creative teams to ensure a unified vision across channels., • Ability to produce and edit short form video content (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) that drives engagement and conversions., • Experience with tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, or Figma to create standout graphics, carousels, and video content.
