Overview We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Project Manager to support our South-Central Region Client Service Leader and Chief Operating Officer on projects related to Mergers & Acquisitions, as well as region- or branch-specific initiatives, from project initiation through completion. This role involves managing integrations and other key regional priorities, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. The Project Manager will plan, execute, and finalize projects within scope, budget, and timeline while coordinating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. How you'll make an impact What The Day Will Look Like: Project Planning and Initiation: • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders., • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation., • Lead and manage project teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones., • Monitor project progress and performance, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and schedule., • Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders., • Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment with project goals., • Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues., • Develop contingency plans and implement corrective actions as needed, • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, reports and records., • Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and stakeholders., • Motivate and guide project team members to achieve project objectives., • Excellent organization and time management skills., • Strong leadership and team management abilities., • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills., • Analytical and problem-solving mindset., • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively. Required: • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management or a related field, • 3+ years of proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the insurance/risk management environment., • Proficient with Microsoft tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project), • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is highly desirable., • Able to travel up to 15% within an assigned region with occasional travel to Gallagher headquarters, located in Rolling Meadows, IL. #LI-WM1 #APIntegration Compensation and benefits We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position.
