Villa Restaurant Group is looking for an energetic and experienced Co-Manager to join our Starbucks team at JFK International Airport. If you’re passionate about coffee, guest service, and leading teams in a fast-paced environment, this is your opportunity to grow with a national brand inside one of the busiest airports in the world. As a Co-Manager, you’ll partner with the General Manager to oversee operations, lead shifts, support team development, and help drive the success of our Starbucks store. What You’ll Do: * Support the General Manager with daily store operations, including team management, inventory, and guest satisfaction * Lead by example to deliver an exceptional Starbucks experience every shift * Train, coach, and motivate baristas and shift supervisors * Ensure adherence to company policies and operational standards * Jump in to assist on the floor when needed whether it’s on the bar, register, or helping with store setup What We’re Looking For: * 1–2 years of leadership experience in food service, retail, or hospitality * Strong communication and organizational skills * Ability to lead and inspire a team in a high-volume, fast-paced setting * Flexible availability, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays * Must be able to pass an airport background check and badging process What We Offer: * Competitive salary based on experience (65,000-80,000 per year) * Full-time position with medical, dental, and vision benefits * Paid time off and opportunities for growth within Villa Restaurant Group * A supportive and fast-paced work environment in a unique airport setting Ready to take the next step in your leadership journey?
