About the Role We're looking for a Strategic Account Manager to join our growing team. This role is responsible for managing and growing revenue within a defined portfolio of Office Ally's high-value clients. This includes leading all aspects of the client relationship post-sale, including renewing contracts, expanding product adoption, and identifying new opportunities to drive revenue. This role requires a mix of relationship management, consultative selling, and commercial ownership, including being accountable for achieving growth targets, maintaining high renewal rates, and ensuring clients derive measurable value from Office Ally's solutions. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in account development and an understanding of EDI clearinghouse workflows, electronic health records, or practice management systems. What You'll Do • Revenue Growth & Expansion, • Develop and execute strategic account plans to increase product penetration and drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities., • Actively prospect within assigned accounts to identify new needs and expansion potential., • Collaborate with Sales leadership to align growth efforts with overall company strategy and revenue goals., • Renewal & Retention Management, • Own the end-to-end renewal process, including forecasting, negotiation, and close., • Monitor account health and client metrics to mitigate churn risk and drive timely renewals., • Develop proactive strategies that align with client goals and demonstrate ongoing value., • Client Relationship Management, • Conduct regular business reviews with key stakeholders to demonstrate value and uncover additional opportunities., • Act as a strategic advisor, helping clients align Office Ally solutions with their operational and revenue cycle goals., • Cross-Functional Collaboration, • Partner closely with Sales, Client Success, Product, Support, and Implementation teams to ensure client satisfaction and solution adoption., • Advocate for client needs and feedback to internal teams to improve offerings and resolve issues quickly., • Data & Performance Insight, • Leverage Salesforce, PowerBI, and other internal tools to track account performance, upsell opportunities, and renewal timelines., • 3+ years of experience in account management, enterprise customer success, or client partnerships., • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, preferred. High School diploma or GED required., • Proven ability to grow existing accounts and manage renewals in a B2B environment, preferably healthcare or SaaS., • Understanding of EHR, practice management systems, EDI, healthcare claim workflows, and/or revenue cycle management., • Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills., • Exceptional skills in building long-term relationships while effectively achieving sales and retention goals. Compensation for this position may vary based on individual skills, experience, and location. Actual compensation will be determined considering the candidate's qualifications, relevant experience, and internal equity.
