This role plays a vital role in designing, implementing, and maintaining enterprise systems to meet the organizations needs. Leveraging your expertise in system architecture and engineering principles, you will contribute to the design and integration of infrastructure and cloud environments while ensuring high levels of reliability, scalability, and performance. What You Will Do for Us • Server Infrastructure: Design, deploy, and manage infrastructure components such as servers, storage systems, firewalls, switches, load balancers, and virtualization platforms. Ensure the scalability, reliability, and security of infrastructure resources to support business operations., • Network Infrastructure: Design and configure network infrastructure components such as routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers to ensure optimal network performance, reliability, and security. Implement network segmentation and traffic management strategies to isolate and prioritize network traffic effectively., • Azure Cloud Infrastructure: Administer, configure, and expand NeuAnalytics Microsoft Azure environment. Design, implement, and manage cloud-based solutions that align with organizational security, compliance, and performance requirements., • Monitoring and Alerting: Deploy monitoring and alerting systems to track system performance, resource utilization, and security events in real-time. Leverage Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Application Insights to provide visibility into system health and facilitate timely incident response and troubleshooting. What You Will Bring to Us: • At least seven (7) years of progressively responsible experience in planning, deployment, and administration of technology infrastructure and user support for networks, voice, security, audio-visual, servers, storage, and desktop technologies., • A bachelors degree in computer science. Other industry certifications highly preferred., • Server knowledge of: Trends in enterprise infrastructure technologies and hosting options OnPrem and SaaS, operational performance, and maintenance. Microsoft technologies: operating systems (Server 2022/2025 and Windows 11), databases (SQL), and reporting tools (SSRS & PowerBI); Microsoft 365 services, Exchange Online, ADFS and/or Azure Active Directory Services and SSO. Deployment, administration, operations, and maintenance of networks, voice, security, audio-visual systems, servers, storage, and desktop technologies., • Networking knowledge of: Current data communications techniques and technologies, such as Intrusion Prevention Systems (IPS), web application firewalls (WAF), VPN, and interior & exterior routing protocols. Network design and management of Palo Alto Firewalls and Broadcom/Ruckus switch configuration. Storage Area Network (SAN) and iSCSI topologies., • Azure Cloud skills including:, • Configuration and administration of Microsoft Entra ID (including users, groups, and conditional access), • Identity Governance in Microsoft Entra ID, including entitlement management, access reviews, lifecycle workflows, and Privileged Identity Management (PIM), • Working with Managed Identities for secure, credential-less authentication, • Implementation and management of Azure Storage accounts, blobs, files, queues, and related services, • Configuration and management of Private Endpoints and Private Link for secure access to PaaS services, • Administration of Azure Key Vault for secrets, keys, and certificate management, • Administration of Azure using the Azure Portal, Azure PowerShell, Azure CLI, Cloud Shell, ARM templates, and Azure Resource Manager, • Design, implementation, and management of Azure Virtual Networks, including subnets, Network Security Groups (NSGs), network routing, service endpoints, Azure Load Balancer, and Azure Application Gateway, • Configuration of intersite and hybrid connectivity solutions using VNet Peering, Virtual Network Gateways, and Site-to-Site VPN connections, • Deployment and administration of Azure App Service, Azure Container Instances, Function Apps, and Azure Virtual Machines, • Implementation of backup and recovery solutions for files, folders, and Azure Virtual Machines, • Monitoring, troubleshooting, and logging of Azure resources using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Application Insights, and alerts, • Management of access and governance using Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), Azure Policy, and management groups, • Knowledge of: Deploying infrastructure solutions to help meet NeuAnalytics goals, objectives, and initiatives. Developing new cost-effective uses for technology, improving present standards, and exercising initiative, ingenuity, and sound judgment in identifying and solving difficult technical problems. Developing and implementing goals, objectives, policies, procedures, and work standards., • Ability to: Read and comprehend complex application systems materials or computer hardware/software technical materials. Analyze, evaluate, and draw logical conclusions from complex applications or related technical data. Organize and coordinate multiple projects and meet deadlines. Communicate effectively and professionally both orally and in writing with all levels within the organization, with external vendors and other NeuAnalytics teams. Document all steps and processes for any new projects or update documentation for existing procedures. Physical Requirements: • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer., • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
