Full Job Description Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and reliable Laborer to join our team. As a Laborer, you will be responsible for doing asphalt and pavement laying This is a physically demanding role that requires the ability to operate heavy equipment and perform manual labor. Duties: - Operate heavy equipment such as backhoes, Caterpillars, dump trucks, front loader trucks, graders, etc. - Perform general construction tasks including building, paving, bulldozing, and grading - Assist with utility locating and excavation - Load and unload materials and equipment - Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area - Perform other duties as assigned Requirements: - Previous experience in heavy equipment operation is preferred - Ability to operate backhoes, Caterpillars, dump trucks, front loader trucks, graders, etc. - Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor for extended periods of time - Knowledge of construction techniques and safety procedures - Valid driver's license with a clean driving record - Ability to work well in a team environment - Excellent communication skills Please note that all positions at our company are paid positions.
