Job Description Position Summary:The Franchise Business Consultant will play a critical role in ensuring the success and growth of our franchisees by providing them with ongoing support, guidance, and best practices. Key Responsibilities: Franchise Partner Support: • Serve as the trusted advisor to franchise owners, providing operational, financial, and strategic guidance., • Build strong relationships with franchisees to foster collaboration and long-term success., • Conduct regular business reviews, site visits, and performance audits to ensure compliance with brand standards, policies, and procedures., • Guide franchisees in maintaining compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards. Offer solutions for operational challenges and ensure adherence to best practices., • Identify opportunities for operational improvement and provide actionable recommendations., • Regularly review and analyze franchisees' financial reports, key performance indicators (KPIs), and other relevant metrics to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities., • Collaborate with franchisees to develop and execute joint business plans that align with both the franchisee's goals and the company's strategic objectives. Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed to ensure success., • Coach franchise owners and their management teams on best practices in operations, marketing, customer service, and staff development., • Collaborate with franchisees to implement local marketing strategies that align with brand standards., • Support the evaluation of new market opportunities and the successful opening of new locations., • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Early Childhood Education, or a related field., • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in franchise operations, business coaching, or multi-unit management, preferably within the early childhood education sector., • Skills:, • Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of financial management, marketing, and operations., • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills., • Ability to analyze complex data and provide actionable insights., • Proficiency in using business management software and tools., • Knowledge of early childhood education principles and best practices is preferred., • Personal Attributes:, • Results-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving., • High level of empathy, patience, and the ability to inspire and motivate others., • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. Salary range is $70,000-90,000 and depends on qualifications, education, and experience. This position is eligible for an annual performance bonus.
