What You’ll Do Executive Support * Manage calendars, inboxes, and priorities for the Managing Partners * Keep communications and tasks organized across multiple projects and clients * Anticipate needs and proactively remove bottlenecks Sales & Client Support * Manage inbound leads, schedule and prepare sales calls, join calls, and handle recaps/follow-ups * Draft proposals and invoices, and support high-level project scoping * Keep the sales pipeline organized and moving forward Project Coordination/Management * Track projects at a global level from signed contract through project completion * Coordinate and optimize internal staffing and timelines alongside our Director of Production * Ensure clear handoff from sales to production so projects stay on track Financial & Administrative Support * Assist with invoice preparation, expense tracking, and reimbursements * Help maintain accurate records across billing, contracts, and client accounts * Support general admin tasks that keep operations running smoothly What We’re Looking For * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail * Excellent written and verbal communication skills (comfortable in client-facing contexts) * Strong sense of ownership and responsibility — able to take initiative and follow through * At least 2 years of experience in executive assistant, project management, or operations roles * Experience in a fast-paced, client-facing environment (agency, production, or startup a plus) * Comfortable managing multiple priorities across different stakeholders Bonus Points * Background in video production, creative producing, or agency account management * Experience coordinating or producing shoots, or supporting video projects * Familiarity with production workflows (scheduling, budgeting, staffing) Why Join Us * Be part of a small, fast-growing creative studio trusted by world-class startups and investors * Collaborate with tech founders to help launch innovative products, brands, and stories into the world * Work directly with the partners, gaining exposure to both the creative and business side of a studio * Clear growth path: start as Executive Assistant and grow a biz ops/client facing role as we scale * Remote-friendly, flexible, and entrepreneurial environment * Healthcare coverage and paid time off
