Job DescriptionA busy and well-respected pediatric practice in Greensboro, NC is seeking a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA/RMA) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our care team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and compassionate professional who thrives in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment. Schedule: • Monday–Friday | 8:00am – 5:30pm, • Every 5th or 6th weekend | Saturday & Sunday, 9:00am – 2:00pm, • Weekend hours are purely overtime and include a day off during the week Responsibilities: • Room patients and collect vitals, • Perform triage and finger sticks, • Administer immunizations (up to 35–40 injections per day), • Support providers seeing 20–25 patients daily, • Assist in the shot clinic, lab, and administrative areas on provider off-days, • Deliver compassionate care while ensuring accuracy and efficiency Requirements: • Medical Assisting Associate’s Degree and Certification (CMA/RMA) required, • 1–2 years of experience minimum in pediatrics, family medicine, internal medicine, or a strong passion for pediatrics, • Strong initiative, self-starter attitude, and ability to keep pace in a busy environment, • Team player who can take the lead without being asked, • No vaccination mandate (preferred but not required) Compensation & Benefits: • $19.50/hr for Medical Assistants, • $22/hr for LPNs, • Weekend hours are paid as overtime, • Supportive, collaborative team environment with opportunities to grow Why Join Us?
