Job Description Assembly Worker Department: Production Schedule: Full-Time Shifts: 1st and 2nd Shift Pay Rate: $16.00 – $16.50 per hour Overview We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Assembly Workers to join our production team. The ideal candidate will assemble parts, components, and finished products according to specifications while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. This position requires teamwork, reliability, and a commitment to meeting daily production goals. Key Responsibilities • Assemble components and products using hand tools, power tools, or machinery as required, • Follow work instructions, diagrams, or blueprints to ensure accurate and consistent assembly, • Inspect finished products for quality and report any defects or inconsistencies, • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area, • Meet or exceed daily production targets and deadlines, • Assist with packaging, labeling, and preparing products for shipment as needed, • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to resolve production or workflow issues, • High school diploma or GED required, • Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, or production preferred (not required), • Ability to use basic hand tools and measuring devices, • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work, • Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 40 lbs throughout the shift, • Experience in plastic, automotive, or light industrial assembly environments, • Ability to read and understand blueprints or work instructions, • Willingness to learn, adapt, and contribute to evolving production needsCompany DescriptionKelly helps companies recruit and manage skilled workers and helps job seekers find great work in industries such as accounting and finance, education, engineering, government, manufacturing and production, technology, and more.
