Pay Rate / Shift 1st Shift: $14.88/hour (7:00 A.M - 2:30 P.M) 2nd Shift: $15.88/hour (3:00 P.M. - 10:30 P.M.) What’s a typical day as a Packaging Packer? You’ll be: • Assigned to various tasks and stations to assist in the assembly and packaging of BIC products (pens, lighters, stationery, etc.)., • Responsible for precise product quantities, directional placement on retail packaging, and visual quality inspection., • Assembling and palletizing master boxes of larger products for distribution. This job might be an outstanding fit if you: • Are at least 18 years old., • Enjoy fast-paced physical work that keeps you moving throughout the day., • Are comfortable picking and packing small parts., • Believe in following strict standards of safety, quality, and production., • Have the ability to stand/walk for up to 10 hours at a time.
